This Cookie Policy explains how AgentShelf ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags, and similar technologies on agentshelf.ai.
Your Choices
Optional assistant personalization, analytics, and advertising technologies are disabled unless you choose to allow them. Use Cookie Settings in the website footer to accept, reject, or change your choices at any time. A withdrawal applies to future activity and removes the applicable AgentShelf browser storage where practical.
If your browser sends a recognized Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of sale or sharing and targeted advertising where applicable. Advertising technologies remain disabled while that signal is active.
Technologies We Use
Strictly Necessary
These technologies support security, requested features, and saving your privacy choice. They do not require optional consent.
| Technology or provider | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
agentshelf_privacy_preferences | Saves assistant-personalization, analytics, and advertising choices, policy version, and choice time | Until the policy version changes or browser storage is cleared |
| AgentShelf session storage | Maintains requested site and assistant session functions | Browser session or up to 30 minutes of inactivity, depending on the feature |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Fraud and abuse prevention on protected forms | Provider-controlled, generally limited to the verification session |
When you start or continue an assistant conversation, the assistant receives the current page path, title, site area, and locale so it can answer in the context you requested. Query parameters, campaign attribution, cross-page history, and durable visitor identity are not part of this strictly necessary context.
Assistant Personalization — Optional
When allowed, AgentShelf may use a durable visitor identifier, visit linkage, cross-page context, and engagement state to recognize a returning browser, personalize an assistant conversation across pages, and offer proactive assistance. The browser identifier may persist for up to 180 days. Visit linkage and other engagement state generally last for the browser session or the configured engagement cooldown. Withdrawing this choice stops new personalized tracking and removes applicable AgentShelf personalization storage where practical.
Analytics — Optional
When allowed, analytics technologies help us measure traffic, diagnose performance, and understand use of the website. The deployed tag configuration may use:
- Google Analytics 4, including
_gaand related measurement storage; - Microsoft Clarity, including interaction analytics and session replay; and
- AgentShelf assistant page and session traces.
Provider-set analytics storage may persist from a browser session up to two years. AgentShelf assistant page and session traces are enabled only after the analytics choice and are retained according to the Privacy Policy and applicable service configuration.
Advertising and Attribution — Optional
When allowed, advertising technologies measure campaigns and conversions. The deployed tag configuration may use:
- Google Ads and Google conversion linker;
- LinkedIn Insight Tag; and
- AgentShelf referral and visitor attribution storage.
Provider-set advertising storage commonly persists from a browser session up to two years, depending on the provider and browser. AgentShelf referral attribution is stored for up to 60 days unless you withdraw consent or clear browser storage sooner.
Embedded Media
YouTube video frames use YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain and are not loaded until you choose to play a video. Once loaded, YouTube may receive your IP address, browser information, and video interaction data and may use provider-controlled storage.
Website Assistant
The public website assistant can answer using sanitized current-page context without optional consent when you invoke it. Durable visitor recognition, cross-page page records, and proactive engagement require Assistant personalization. Assistant usage traces require Analytics. Campaign and referral attribution require Advertising. A remote assistant configuration cannot override these website choices.
Browser Controls
Browser settings can delete or block storage, but they may not provide the same category controls as Cookie Settings. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent preferences or requested features from working correctly.
