Effective Date: October 1, 2026
Last Updated: October 1, 2026
This Voice and Messaging Schedule (the "Schedule") forms part of the agreement between Agentshelf Inc ("AgentShelf") and Customer governing the Services (the "Agreement"). It applies to voice agents, telephone calls, SMS, and related recording, transcription, and messaging features, including communications initiated through Customer's agents, workflows, or connected services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Agreement.
1. Audience and available features
Customer may not direct these features at minors or configure an agent to solicit personal information from minors.
Available features depend on Customer's plan, configuration, connected services, and carrier or provider requirements. Before launching a campaign, accepting calls, or enabling recording or transcription, Customer must confirm that the features, controls, and retention options available in its configuration support its intended use and arrange any additional controls needed for lawful use. Customer must obtain AgentShelf's written agreement before relying on a control or service commitment that is not included in the Agreement or described as available for its configuration.
2. Shared responsibilities
Customer determines the purpose, audience, contact lists, instructions, content, frequency, and timing of its communications. Customer is responsible for the notices, permissions, consent, and records required for those choices and for complying with requirements applicable to its business and audience.
Customer must use the available configuration and permission controls, supervise its agents, and keep an appropriate way for recipients to contact a person. Customer must follow applicable industry, carrier, and provider requirements and must not bypass platform, carrier, or provider restrictions.
3. Consent, contact lists, and sender identity
Before initiating a call or message, Customer must establish that the contact is lawful for the intended purpose and method. This includes obtaining any required consent and keeping evidence of when, how, and for what purpose that consent was obtained. Possession of a telephone number or a business contact list does not by itself establish permission to contact everyone on it.
Customer must accurately identify the business responsible for the communication, use telephone numbers and sender identities it is authorized to use, and complete applicable sender, number, and campaign registration. Customer may not use misleading caller identification, spoofing, unlawfully obtained contact lists, or another person's identity without authorization.
4. Opt-outs, calling hours, and campaign management
Customer must provide required opt-out methods and honor STOP and comparable requests, do-not-call requests, and consent withdrawals within the time required for its use. Customer must keep its contact and suppression records current and apply them to its agents, campaigns, and connected services before further communications are sent.
Customer must comply with applicable calling hours, quiet hours, recipient time zones, campaign limits, and message-frequency requirements, and must pause affected communications when it cannot reliably honor a recipient's request or meet these requirements.
5. AI disclosure and voice use
Customer must disclose AI or automated interaction where required by law or applicable provider terms or needed to prevent deception. Customer must not falsely present an automated agent as a human or use a synthesized or imitated voice without the rights and permissions required for that use.
AI responses and transcripts may contain errors. Customer must test its agents and provide human review appropriate to the consequences of a communication, including statements about prices, contracts, eligibility, or a person's rights. Customer must not configure an agent to make commitments beyond the authority Customer has granted it.
6. Recording and transcription
Customer controls whether call recording is enabled, using the recording options available for its configuration. Customer is responsible for making sure its configured greeting contains the required recording disclosure and for any confirmation it gives about that disclosure.
Customer must ensure that legally sufficient notice and any required consent are obtained before initiating recording or transcription, taking into account the locations of the participants and the requirements applicable to the call. Enabling recording and confirming a greeting do not establish that notice was delivered or consent was obtained. Customer must not use recording or transcription when the available options and Customer's own procedures cannot satisfy those requirements.
Customer must limit access to recordings and transcripts, avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive information, and use available deletion options when information is no longer needed. Retention is governed by the Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and supported configuration options.
7. Carriers, providers, and connected services
Calls and messages may depend on telecommunications carriers, speech or AI providers, and connected services. Their coverage, registration, filtering, usage limits, outages, and policies may affect availability, delivery, and quality. Delivery and recipient response are not guaranteed.
Customer is responsible for permissions and settings in services it connects or controls. Applicable charges are described in the Agreement and, for Customer's separately contracted services, the relevant provider agreement.
8. Emergency and restricted uses
The Services are not an emergency service. Customer must not use them to place or receive emergency calls, provide emergency dispatch or triage, or represent that an agent can provide emergency assistance. Customer must direct people who need emergency assistance to the appropriate emergency service.
Customer must not use these features for unlawful telemarketing, spam, harassment, fraud, unlawful surveillance, or unauthorized impersonation. Section 4 of the Acceptable Use Policy governs high-impact and regulated decisions made using these features, including when AgentShelf's written approval is required and the safeguards that apply. AI communications must not be the sole basis for a decision affecting a person's material rights or opportunities.
9. Privacy, restrictions, and assistance
Customer must provide appropriate privacy notices and obtain the rights needed to process and share communication content, recordings, transcripts, and recipient information. The Privacy Policy and any applicable DPA govern AgentShelf's handling of personal information.
AgentShelf may restrict, suspend, or disable affected communications, with or without notice, when reasonably necessary to address abuse, protect people or the Services, comply with law, or meet carrier or provider requirements.

10. Relationship to other terms
This Schedule supplements the Platform Terms, AI and Product Schedule, and Acceptable Use Policy. Section 1 of the Platform Terms of Service or, if Customer has an executed Enterprise MSA, that agreement sets this Schedule's priority among the documents forming the Agreement. Updates to this Schedule follow Section 22 of the Platform Terms or that Enterprise MSA.
