Agentshelf Inc ("AgentShelf," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, browser storage, tags, and similar technologies on its websites, applications, public agents, and widgets. This Notice explains their purposes and the choices available to you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we otherwise handle personal information.
1. What these technologies do
Cookies and browser storage save information on your device. Tags and similar tools can collect information about page visits and interactions or send it to us and third-party providers. The technologies used depend on the website, application, enabled features, and customer configuration.
They serve these purposes:
- Requested features and security: signing in, maintaining a conversation or session, remembering settings, and preventing fraud and abuse. Blocking this storage may prevent a requested feature from working.
- Assistant personalization: recognizing a returning browser, linking visits, retaining context across pages, and supporting proactive assistance. This may use a persistent visitor identifier and engagement history.
- Analytics and diagnostics: understanding page visits, feature use, performance, errors, and interactions. Enabled session-replay tools may record interactions with a website. Operational and diagnostic information may contain Customer Content; the Privacy Policy explains the limits on its use.
- Advertising and referral measurement: connecting a visit or conversion to a campaign, advertisement, or referral and measuring campaign results. Advertising providers may combine information about activity across different businesses' websites or services.
Collected information may include IP addresses, browser and device information, identifiers, page and referring addresses, campaign details, timestamps, and interactions.
2. When tracking starts and how long storage lasts
On our public website, agentshelf.ai, optional technologies for assistant personalization, analytics, and advertising stay off until you allow them in Cookie Settings. Cookie Settings applies to this website only. Our applications and widgets operated by our customers use these technologies according to their own settings, and a choice made on one surface may not apply to another.
Some storage supports a current session. Other storage persists across visits until it is removed or expires under the applicable settings. Information already sent to us or another provider is separate from the storage on your device. Retention of that information is addressed in the Privacy Policy and applicable provider notices.
3. Public agents and widgets
Public agents and widgets may use page context, such as the page address, title, language, and site area, to support an interaction, along with the personalization and referral-measurement technologies described in Section 1. Conversation content, contact details, and recordings are addressed in the Privacy Policy and the responsible customer's notice.
A customer embedding an AgentShelf widget may operate its own technologies and configure AgentShelf features. Review that customer's privacy and cookie notices for its practices and available choices.
4. Your choices and privacy rights
On our public website, you can change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the footer. You can also use browser settings to block or delete cookies and browser storage, and use privacy controls offered on any other website you are visiting. Blocking storage may affect requested features, and removing it does not delete information already collected by us or third parties.
You may have rights under applicable law to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, or to withdraw consent, as described in the Privacy Policy. Send privacy requests or questions to legal@agentshelf.ai.
On our public website, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. Advertising technologies stay disabled while the signal is active, and you do not need to contact us for it to take effect. To make an opt-out request for another AgentShelf surface, contact legal@agentshelf.ai or use the controls offered by the customer operating the widget. Nothing in this Notice limits your rights under applicable law.
5. Third-party content
Embedded media, integrations, marketplace materials, and other third-party content may connect your browser to another provider. That provider may receive your IP address, browser information, and interactions and may use its own technologies. Its privacy notice and controls apply to its practices.
6. Changes and contact
We may update this Notice when our practices or Services change. We will post the revised Notice with its effective date and last-updated date and provide further notice or obtain consent when required by law. A contractual notice or amendment process does not replace legally required cookie consent, privacy rights or cookie controls.
